Closing Pending Orders
Cancelling orders that have not filled.
Close Pending Orders cancels orders that are sitting on the exchange unfilled. It never touches a position that has already filled.

The buttons
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| ❌ Close <symbol> | Cancels every pending order for that one symbol. There is one of these per symbol that has something pending. |
| ❌ Close All | Cancels every pending order across all symbols. Only shown when there is something to cancel. |
The confirmation
Neither button acts immediately. Both open a confirmation that names the scope of what you are about to cancel:
⚠️ Close Pending Orders?
This will cancel your pending BTCUSDT order(s). Open positions won't be
affected.
Are you sure?❌ Cancel backs out and changes nothing. ✅ Confirm cancels the orders.
Open positions are never affected
This is worth being clear about, because "close" reads like it might exit a trade. It does not. Only unfilled orders are cancelled — anything that has already filled keeps running with its stop loss and take profit exactly as they were.
To exit a filled position early, close it in the exchange app.
Why you might want to
A pending order holds margin while it waits, and that margin counts against the Available Balance on the Positions panel. An order resting at a price the market has walked away from is capital doing nothing.
It also blocks the symbol: the bot refuses a new trade on a symbol that already has a pending order, so cancelling stale ones is what frees that symbol up again.
